The amicoipet smart collar provides a one-year product warranty. During this period, if there is any abnormality in the product, please contact customer service.
Warranty period: The one-year warranty is calculated on the basis of "the date when the owner completes the Bluetooth binding to the device, logs in to the amicoipet APP, and completes the registration".
Warranty scope: During the warranty period, the function of the monitoring device and the collar body is abnormal; however, failures caused by external force impact, deformation, damage, or prolonged immersion in water are not covered by the warranty.
What should I do if I find that the size of the collar is wrong after arriving? Can I return/exchange the product?
Please make sure the owner confirms the size before purchasing. If the size of the collar is not right after opening, the product cannot be returned.
According to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law, the owner can exercise the ability to terminate the contract within the 7-day hesitation period after the arrival of the goods, but the owner should note that the hesitation period is not a trial period, and the returned goods must be "brand new and kept The packaging and all accessories are complete", and the product cannot be returned after unpacking.
