How long is the warranty period for amicoipet smart collar products? How is the warranty period calculated? What is the warranty coverage?
The amicoipet smart collar provides a one-year product warranty. During this period, if there is any abnormality in the product, please contact customer service.
Warranty period: The one-year warranty is calculated on the basis of "the date when the owner completes the Bluetooth binding to the device, logs in to the amicoipet APP, and completes the registration".
Warranty scope: During the warranty period, the function of the monitoring device and the collar body is abnormal; however, failures caused by external force impact, deformation, damage, or prolonged immersion in water are not covered by the warranty.

Please make sure the owner confirms the size before purchasing. If the size of the collar is not right after opening, the product cannot be returned.

The amicoipet smart collar and the amicoipet app are currently only available for sale and use in Taiwan's main island/outlying islands (not open for use and delivery overseas); credit cards can be used to purchase online.
