What should I do if I want to delete my amicoipet APP member account?
Members can delete their member accounts in the following two ways:
1. Enter the amicoipet APP and directly press "Apply for Account Deletion" on the personal information page
2. If the APP has been removed, members can E-MAIL to the amicoipet customer service mailbox: service@amicoipet.com, and the customer service personnel will delete the account for you
Note: After the account is deleted, all personal information will be deleted and cannot be restored, including the original points under the account, and cannot be used or transferred. The working period is about 7-14 working days

For the first wave of owners who pre-ordered amicoipet smart collars on the Geege platform, after registering and logging in on the amicoipet app, they can firstly experience the amicoipet app subscription membership service for free until 2023/12/31
The amicoipet app is free to download, and the amicoipet smart collar needs to be connected to the amicoipet app, and only after logging in/registering can the fur kid’s vital data be collected
The amicoipet app platform will provide monthly/annual subscription membership services in the future

How to use amicoipet app?
The amicoipet APP cannot be used independently. It needs to be connected to the amicoipet smart collar device and can be used after completing membership registration.
1. Search [amicoipet] on Google Play or Apple Store, and click to download the APP
2. Open the amicoipet APP, scan the QR CODE on the body to connect and bind the amicoipet smart collar.
3. After the device is successfully paired, you will enter the "Registration" page, follow the instructions of the APP to register as a member.
4. After the registration is complete, turn on the device to confirm the connection, and after wearing the collar for the fur kid, you can see the real-time physiological data of the fur kid on the amicoipet APP.

What should I do if my amicoipet smart collar fails?
Please do the following simple troubleshooting first:
1. Please fully charge the device before restarting the test
(If there is no light signal response during charging, it is recommended to use another set of charging cables or charging USB plugs for testing. If there is still no light signal response and the device cannot be turned on, please contact customer service.)
2. Confirm that the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone is turned on and the network is connected. After charging, turn on the device and the amicoipet APP again and then connect.
If the function of the amicoipet smart collar still cannot be restored, please contact customer service for follow-up processing.

If the hairy child can't wear the collar at ordinary times, how can I plan the time to wear it?
If the furkid does not have the habit of wearing a collar, it is recommended to wear the amicoipet smart collar for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour each time, and try to wear it when the furkid is resting or in a relatively calm physiological state in order to obtain the most accurate physiological data.
Can a set of amicoipet smart collars only be used by one furkid? Can it be replaced by other furkids?
Because the collar has long-term tracking characteristics, it is recommended to bind one fur boy to one group of devices; the same device can only be registered and bound for a single time, and 6 devices can be managed under one amicoipet APP account; under normal circumstances, it is not recommended to change the fur boy to use. Avoid unidentifiable or confusing furkid physiological data. If you need to change the furkid due to special circumstances, please contact customer service for follow-up processing.
Can the amicoipet smart collar be worn for swimming or playing in water?
The amicoipet smart collar itself has a water-repellent treatment, but if it is soaked in water/sea water for a long time, it may still cause corrosion and damage to the parts.
Which pets are amicoipet smart collars suitable for? Is there a size?
The amicoipet smart collar is currently only available for dogs and cats.

The amicoipet smart collar can be used continuously for 7 hours after each full charge, and the single charge time is about 4 hours.

The amicoipet smart collar adopts a safe and harmless low-power radar wave patented technology, so you don’t have to worry about wearing it for a long time
